Personal Profile –

RICHARD ANDII Graduated from the Presbyterian University for his LLB and Ghana School of Law. He was called to the Ghana Bar in 2023. He also holds an MBA (Marketing) from the University of Education Winneba, Mphil in Marketing from KNUST. He is currently a PhD candidate at University of Kwazulu Natal, South Africa.

Richard is an associate of the Firm. He has over 20 years’ experience in Strategic management, Business development and marketing. He has a vast local and international business exposure which he leverage on to advises many businesses on a variety of subject matters including labour relations and employee contracts, customer relations, start-up nurturing and business innovation.

Richard has worked with several Organizations within the hospitality industry, his personal start-up businesses, lecturing at the university among others.

He is an accomplished and respected entrepreneur and a lawyer who brings on board extensive experience in private sector policy development, financial services, credit creation and debt recovery, land interests and charges perfection practice and courtroom practice.
